These answers cover the most important things to know before changing devices, reinstalling the app, or requesting assistance.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app may permanently remove locally stored PersonalCFO data. Create and retain a backup before deleting or reinstalling.
How do I move to a new device?
Use PersonalCFO's backup and restore tools. A subscription or App Store download does not automatically transfer your local financial records.
How are purchases handled?
Any App Store purchase or subscription is billed and managed by Apple. PersonalCFO does not receive your payment-card details.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases inside the app while signed in to the Apple Account that originally completed the purchase.
How quickly will support reply?
Support requests are normally reviewed within two to three business days.
Protect your information: when contacting support, do not send passwords, PINs, full bank statements, card numbers, or unredacted financial documents. Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and a description of the issue.
